Course Content
Operational Management I
Comprehend operational management approaches, models, and planning methods. Understand business development tools, continuous improvement, and operational business planning techniques for resource management and performance monitoring.
Operational Management II
Knowledge of management systems, processes, and contingency planning. Understand how to initiate and manage change, identify barriers, and overcome them. Comprehend data security, management, and effective technology use.
Operational Management III
Able to contribute to strategic planning aligned with organisational objectives. Support, manage, and communicate change by overcoming barriers. Demonstrate commercial awareness and identify opportunities.
Operational Management IV
Create and deliver operational plans with set KPIs, monitoring performance against plans. Produce reports, offering management information through data collation, analysis, and interpretation.
Project Management I
Know how to initiate and manage a project using relevant tools, techniques, and process management. Understand approaches to risk management. Plan, organise, and manage resources for achieving desired outcomes.
Project Management II
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Use pertinent project management tools for effective project oversight and execution.
Finance
